Everything was fairly clean and perfect. The rooms were large and huge and for the air conditioning to be on. Its location was fantastic and wonderful, in the center of medina, and in a very lively area. Great services were available.

Liked our a double room for the air conditioning to be on. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to general areas, restaurant and reception and the center. Stopped by Zwin Zwin Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's extremely close to the venue, recommend.

We got great value for our money at this hotel with its nice rooms and delicious food. The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the square, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety each day.

When I got involved in a minor traffic accident the staff came out to help and translate at the police station. They did not expect anything in return, it was just part of the service. Cost them at least two hours. Very wonderful.

My partner and I booked this hotel after buying a last minute ticket to Marrakesh from Amsterdam. Because it was last minute, we were quite unprepared for the city and the culture. When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly welcomed with tea and Moroccan sweets by a woman who spoke excellent English. She told us that we could ask her anything, so we did, seeing as we wished to know more about the culture and the city before exploring. In the 4 days we were there she would patiently tell us everything we wanted to know and she gave us good advice. All the other staff, for example the guard of the hotel, were very friendly and helpful as well! The look and atmosphere of the hotel were amazing! I think it was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. The facilities in the room were really good and the breakfast was tasty and extensive.Every day when we returned to the room in the afternoon the bed was made and the room was tidied up. Because the hotel is in a busy shopping street -which is quite a special experience, going from the busyness of the street into the serene atmosphere of the hotel- there is some noisyness until about 12 in the evening. But every evening the hustle and bustle of the street faded away and sleeping was easy. The airconditioning works very well against the moroccan heat, but the room itself was quite cool so we often switched it off at night. This hotel also has a spa/hammam, but I can't say anything about that because we did not make use of it. All in all we were very, very happy with this hotel and the people who run it and i'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

Sitting in the cafe at street level, watching the hustle and bustle of the street sellers.
The rooms were too dark. Not enough daylight as curtains with black-out could not be drawn. Also very poor electric lights in bathroom.

Location and room facilities
The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated near the main square and parking facilities, making it easy for me to navigate the city. The room facilities were also top-notch, with clean and fresh linens and towels, as well as comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
The Wi-Fi connection in my room was quite unreliable, which was frustrating as I needed a stable internet connection for my work. the bathroom floor had sharp edges due to uneven tiling, which posed a safety hazard.

The presidential suite at Riad Mabrouk is absolutely stunning. The view of Jama el Fna is breathtaking, and the luxurious and spacious design makes you feel like royalty. As a guest with children, we felt like we were living in a fairy tale!
Personally, I preferred the more intimate and cozy atmosphere of the smaller guest rooms.

The hotel is situated in a prime location right in the heart of everything near the Jamaa el Fna square. This made exploring the vibrant city extremely convenient. The cafe on street level was convenient for a quick bite to eat. The staff members were friendly and always available for assistance.
Some areas of the hotel were a bit noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
